- What forms of payment can I use to purchase online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pioneer. - When will I be charged for my purchase?
You will be charged when the item(s) ship. - Why was my payment declined?
For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing information your credit card company has on file. Please contact your credit card company if you received a declined message. - Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated based on your order’s “ship to” address in accordance with state and local sales-tax laws, including shipping where applicable.
- What is the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with detailed shipping information. You can also log into My Account to track the status of your order. - Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you click “submit” we are unable to modify or cancel your order. - What happens if an item from my order is out of stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification and you will not be charged for that item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more?
We try to carry as much merchandise as possible, but online items may sell out quickly. - Do I have to create an account to purchase online?
You have the option to shop as a guest or create an account if you choose. - What is My Loves wish list?
My Loves is a wish list that allows you to save products without adding them to your current shopping bag. You can email your My Loves wish list to share with others. - How do I create a My Loves wish list?
You must create an account to save and share your wish list and access it on return visits.
- How do I place a Ship to Store order?
Place your item(s) in your shopping bag and click the checkout link. Once in checkout, chose “Ship to Store” as your shipping option. You can search by City and State or Zip Code. Select the Iconicinfluxhub store you wish to ship to. One store may be selected per order. Iconicinfluxhub gift cards are not available for Ship to Store. - What is the shipping charge for Ship to Store?
There is no shipping and handling fee for our Ship to Store option. - When can I pick up my order in store?
You can expect your order to arrive in store within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has arrived in store. Orders not picked up in store within 30 days after arrival will be returned to the store. Refunds will be made for full amount in the form of a Iconicinfluxhub gift card. - Can I expedite my shipment to store?
Orders sent to Iconicinfluxhub stores cannot be expedited. - What information do I need to pick up my order?
Please bring a copy of your confirmation email to the store. It contains all the information needed to identify your order. For your protection, you may be asked to present a proper photo ID (a valid state-issued ID or driver’s license) and credit card used to make your purchase. The owner or authorized user of the credit card must be present to pick up the merchandise. For gifts, please indicate recipient’s name on the order.
