Shipping Information

For orders within the continental states placed by 2 p.m. ET Monday-Friday:

Note: “Business day” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders are processed within one to two days and shipped Monday through Friday from our distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are typically processed on the next business day. Please allow for variations in shipping times.

Standard Delivery: Available via UPS for U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO destinations (excluding California).

Expedited Delivery: Available via UPS for the 48 U.S. continental states (excluding California). Not available for P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO destinations.

Alaska & Hawaii: Additional $14.95 for standard delivery. Orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days, excluding holidays.

Ship to Store Option: All items are eligible for free Ship-to-Store delivery within 15 business days.

Please note: One “ship to” address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Gift Card-Only Orders: Shipped for free with Standard Delivery. Expedited delivery available for $11.95.

Upon order placement, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided: the first confirming your order with an order number, and the second confirming shipment.
